My background in Cognitive Psychology and Human Factors Engineering along with my UX and technical expertise enables me to take an inkling of an idea and turn it into a beautiful, user-friendly application.

Using a combination of design thinking and user-centered design techniques, I lead stakeholders and teams through discovery to design to product delivery.

I provide leadership and management throughout the entire product development cycle to ensure the product stays on track and within budget.

I utilize my unique agile design process to transform requirements into intuitive designs that meet business needs and satisfies end users' goals. My approach includes personas, requirements gathering and analysis, design thinking sessions, workflow productivity analysis (this is my special sauce), interactive prototyping, UX/UI and visual design, and usability testing.

I work closely with key stakeholders, subject matter experts, software engineers, and end-users all throughout the process. I use high fidelity product designs and prototypes to validate requirements with stakeholders and get feedback from users. I also provide detailed functional design specifications for development and QA to ensure the functionality is succinctly conveyed and easily tracked.
